Our 2020 harvest received a Harmony Score of “Excellent,” a distinction awarded to fewer than 1% of the Extra Virgin Olive Oils submitted.

The Arbequina olive trees that provide the fruit for our distinctive extra virgin olive oil are nurtured by nature. No herbicides, sulfating or chemical fertilizers are welcome on our farm. California’s perfect sun exposure and the rich soil of the Carmel Valley produce beautiful and delicate olives that are the heart of our oil.
